Group leaders are spiritual shepherds to others. I will be active in daily seeking to know Christ and to be transformed into His likeness. I will be an active participant in the life of Pineville Church.

I WILL LEAD WITH OPTIMISTIC HOPE

Group leaders set the tone for their group. I will lead with a spirit of optimism rather than cynicism, helping others to do the same. I will be someone who believes the best, wants the best, and expects the best in others.

I WILL LIVE WITH RADICAL LOVE.

Group leaders are an example of love for God and love for everyone. Radical love requires radical living. I will bring correction when I notice less than loving attitudes or actions. I will encourage my group to serve and care for others. I will lead my group to be known for love.
